I don't drink full-sugar soda but I guarantee that I could find a way to work it into my diet and still be healthier than all you in here making blanket statements that it is "poison":umad:

Have no perspective about moderation, brehs

Call soda poison but drink fruit juice and sweetened teas and beer, brehs

EDIT: Don't get it twisted though, soda is one of the leading contributors to obesity in America along with fast food and packaged snacks. But thats due to the stupidity of Americans, not the fault of the soda companies.

I quit soda in 2013. Barely drink juices at all.

I mainly drink natural sweet iced tea with real sugar if I want something sugary but otherwise its just water. Hot tea in the morning.

I haven't had a soda since June 13th 2008!

It would probably taste like acid if I tried it now. :scust:

We all knew this would happen, I had a bad soda habit years ago, but glad I quit that.

McDonald's, Burger King, and all these other places are on notice now. Can't get away with fooling the public anymore because everyone is now aware and connected. McDonald's still has the ability to bounce back though...they really need to focus on serving higher quality food and that will help them in the long run. It boggles my mind that McDonald's has not figured out a way to effectively bake their fries and shave off hundreds of bad calories right there.

Higher Quality Meat + Baked Fries + Water is probably an easy 400 calories saved in a value meal.
