I actually like the latest 2K, but with how demonstratively impressive games have become over the last 10 years, you’d think sports games could push the envelope too

Just too concerned with micro transactions and removing/adding features that have no reason to be done

This...feels like sports games haven't really made The Jump while RPG (Elden Ring) and Action/Adventure (Spiderman, HFW, GOW) games have.

Sports games largely have no competition so the studios aren't pushing the envelope.

Half the people that play online want to play all-pro and think they the best.

I'm #teamoffline for a reason, even tho I don't have madden 23. I beat a guy who was top 100 in madden off 1st try and realized there was no point in continuing online.
