This is favourable to Puff

I think it's time the prosecution concedes and takes that L fully. They won't even be able to justify that 4-5 years they want. And he specifically said not to make any arguments in the letter. It's highly unlikely they will find a similar case with that number of years as sentencing to cite as precedent.

The following comment is not at you personally.

We have to stop this narrative. I don’t subscribe to that anymore because majority of these alleged acts happened at the latest damn near 10 years ago. I’m not going to hold the Jane Doe sh1t against him either because she provoked that man for nothing. It’s apparent he’s changed to a point that he ran into Kid Cudi and apologized. He moved on. These folks were fighting to stay in his orbit and when he no longer wanted them around, they turned bitter. That’s not a Diddy problem or burden he should carry. You have whack azz dudes like Leonard aka Charlamayne tha Cod speaking on him about being accountable as if he knows what Diddy has done. Diddy is detoxed out, put on weight according to a court room reporter, and dropped to his knees when read his righteous verdict.

Folks will say he lied initially about being abusive to Cassie. He wasn’t trying to fvck up the money and plays he was making that would have benefited black business owners within partnerships with corporations (Diageo). The video drops, he has to own it. He doesn’t apologize to Cassie by name because his lawyer told him not to. That was found out in this trial. He, Cassie, and Jane Doe suffered some Game of Thrones level atonement already. Let it be.

Its okay to not say “he ain’t sh1t” when you’re not criticizing him.

I was talking primarily about his past(‘99 club shyne situation, shady business moves, abused Cassie, other violent allegations, bounty on pac & how he bailed out of l.a. after biggie was killed leaving everyone behind) :patrice:

Yes and it’s easy to laugh at victims when you’re not one, especially when the person is someone who is powerful and looked up to

You wrote this defense of Sean Combs, the same man who also mocked up for even insinuating that he ever hit a woman

Only to see a tape released of him beating, kicking and dragging a woman down at hotel hallway

Only then did he come out and say “My bad, I’m working on myself”

We are all to forgive but we are not to forget. I do not and don’t have to regard Mr Combs in ANY regard

The bolded is where we are at odds. These are not victims. We have audio of Cassie talking wild AF! So, I bet she gave as good as she took. There’s 2 sides and the truth. If we have to be reminded that Puff ain’t ish and a bad person then share that burden to everyone else. I stand on what I wrote.
