I think it changes things if her testimony said she he demanded 20k for he will release the tapes. Just my opinion. More blackmail to aid the prosecutions’ racketeering case

So There was no bribe. The security guards were not threatening to go to cops either and the nda allowed them too if they wanted.

If anything the gaurds were guilty of extortion on puff asking for more money.
