The nearly unbeatable Feds got embarrassed for overcharging, they did get him on some BS charges and there will be no leniency, I expect all the freaks that wrote to the judge today to show up on sentencing day to cry as they read their Victims impact statements and this biased judge to avoid social media backlash make up for what the prosecution couldn’t do. Now I’m thinking Diddy might sit out for a while the way this judge is acting.
