You brought up a hypothetical but in this case the Judge saw the video of domestic violence in 4K. In your hypothetical, you said "we don't know if the person is guilty" and in this case we do know because we all saw it.

I'm not saying any other person would have been sitting because I don't believe that. I believe it's pretty much that the judge just doesn't like him.
Bruh, I was responding solely to whether or not you think that every person charged with DV shouldn't be eligible for bail, since it's what you said to the poster you quoted. My statement wasn't a hypothetical, because in that case, they're presumed innocent until proven guilty. That's why if you go back and read my post I went out of my way to say not only put Diddy to the side, I said to put him completely to the side.

If that's not what you meant and you're strictly speaking about Diddy then cool, I understand.

So is this the final decision, he has to wait until October for his sentencing?

Is there any other chance for him to get out?

Seems vindictive

Can we stop this already? People in here swore up & down that he was going to be found guilty of at least 4 charges, and now it's 2 with time served which helps any sentence he gets.

You mad about something?

That's literally what the estimates are, for this charge.

You gotta relax, bro. It's gonna be aight.

You were in this thread earlier claiming that his fate was sealed and that he'd serve no less than 20+ years. That man is not doing anywhere near 5 years behind bars.

Yeah, I said 10-15. That was my bet.

That same 10 is on the table. But it might be around 5.
