The conviction calls for a max of 10 but that’s reserved for heinous offenses like with children involved and prior convictions. Emphasis on convictions. Technically, despite any testimony or evidence that may be damning, it can’t used against him for sentencing because he was not convicted of any violent crimes or of anything prior. Technically, the convictions he have aren’t violent crimes.
