No. It shows how stupid and arrogant he is to think that 13 months in holding has prepared him to lecture others on how to live after over 20 years of physically, mentally, and emotionally abusing multiple people.
Mind you the night before he went in he was abusing drugs and about to engage in the very crimes he was arrested for
If he or his attorneys thought that would be impressive to a judge, then it shows the level of entitlement and enabling that landed him here in the first place.
There are folks who done worse and got less and Driskell is presenting that now.
