What lady attorney.

time stamp: 1:28:01

On April 15, 2025; the government offered him in the guideline range of 324 to 405 months. The other dude was correct. It was this year.
He’s referring to this.

Dude was literally convicted for "transporting individuals for prostituton". That's where The Mann Act comes in, which is all about moving people around for illegal sexual activity. Under the MA, pimping is included.

So that means anything that resembles moving people across state lines for the purpose of prostituion. Everything included under that...pimping, procuration, arranging or facilitating prostitution, etc. So yeah, he was convicted for that exactly, bro.
How can you sexually transport someone you're in a public committed relationship with
Just cause the judge says it doesn't mean its true. All of his words are on the record and will be used in the appeal.

The jury found him innocent of rico and sex trafficking by force fraud or coercion. The judge repeatedly referenced force and coercion in his sentencing. Sex trafficking requires force, fraud or coercion in transporting. Mann act does not require those things. It just covers the act of simply transporting people. So if the jury believed there was any of those 3 elements (Force, fraud or coercion) they would have found him guilty of sex trafficking. The judge including force, fraud or coercion in his ruling effectively nullifies the jury verdict.

He also said they were victims. The jury did not find them to be victims. The jury did not find any trafficking through force fraud or coercion. They only found puff guilty of literally transporting consenting adults to engage in prostitution. In his sentencing the judge barely mentioned the mann act at all. All he did was reference the violence and things that the "victims" said (But didn't prove) happened to them at trial in relation to the 2 charges he was acquitted on.
So oversight on the judges part?

This has been the question with the whole trial. Basically Cassie and Jane are considered to be prostitutes and not his girlfriends in order for the charges to make sense.

Not an oversight. It's deliberate. Judge didn't care what the jury decided.

Overreaching and downright unconstitutional. The judge did a downward departure from the presentencing review or whatever they are called to appear he was being just in his sentencing when it goes up for appeal.

He is a bootlicking coward. Just look at him. He just ain’t want to be the one who let Diddy off with time served.

Cassie didn’t deserve to get beat up but she was just as complicit in the baby oil activities. That pi$$ colored thot went after him outta spite.

At the end of the day, going after Diageo was a disaster which ended up spiraling outta control.

She ain’t a angel.

I honestly look at this as a lesson of how karma has screwed many people up like Diddy.

Diddy used his powers for evil and didn’t do right by anyone outside of his circle.

When Kanye West is the only one that’s gonna be at your trial, it’s very telling.

Birdman better take note
I don't care. Fucc him and Diego.

Don’t listen to weirdos and losers on Reddit, bro.

You might as well get your legal advice from the same n*ggas standing outside in front of Macy's handing out pamphlets.
