4 years for being a Cuck :beli: He should stop paying Jane rent immediately. I sure Brian Steele will be filing an appeal next week for release, what gets lost is Puff was still a 1st time offender and should atleast got bail before his sentencing.

Puffy was an evil nikka, damn near hurt anyone because he thought his head was in the clouds. Prison was his sun... We don't have to defend terrible black men
nikka I don’t care bout all that. I’m speaking on the case at hand. U can’t charge a nikka for specific crimes unfairly based on feelings. That’s the point. The law is the law. It’s not about if we like someone or not especially when it comes to black men in this country. It ain’t just about him. Which is why I said nikkas have no foresight. This can happen to him. It can DEF happen to the next innocent black man without the money and resources. U nikkas ain’t thinking about the men in ur own families. That’s the issue.

Honestly 4 years isn’t bad at all. He’s already got one year down, and since he’s probably sober for the first time in 20+ years, he’s going to be 90’s era Puff in terms of work ethic in trying to get out on good behavior. :ehh:

Breh you wylin. A violent abuser is going to jail. Someone who actually hurt people I know lol. Yea I'm glad this piece of shyt is outtahere. Him and Russell Simmons did a lot of wild shyt.

And I don't wanna hear about white men escaping justice when this forum was full of dudes claiming Weinstein wasn't gonna go to jail and now he's rotting in a cell.
I’m NOT wilding because let’s get it straight. If he was convicted of THAT shyt. If he was convicted of DV. I’m all for that. shyt I been yelling to the clouds that he get tried for connection to PAC’s death. But this shyt right here? Straight up railroad. And it ain’t shyt to celebrate. If u see the fukking energy in this country right now? Especially towards blacks? Y’all celebrating this type of shyt can’t see the forest from the trees or see past emotions. Simple as that. All these people involved was grown as fukk. No kids. He’s being overcharged for the crime he’s being convicted for. Period. Muthafukkas being EMOTIONAL is why this fukkin country is in the position it’s in right now being led by the people it’s being led by.

Anyone who celebrating this doesn't have any foresight whatsoever and don't really care about how black men are treated in the system. I don't wanna hear shyt else from any of y'all about that. Way too emotional to speak with any logic and y'all supposed to be grown men.

When does personal responsibility become a factor in this equation?

Diddy ain’t Nelson Mandela. He BEAT a woman who was trying to escape his clutches like she was less than a human being and physically FORCED her back into his sick, deprived acts of sexual deviancy. Diddy didn’t give a flying 747 F U C K about being a black man within the “system” when he was physically abusing women, stalking nikkas and blowing up their cars, and God knows whatever. He didn’t care because he thought he was above it all and he just got his nikka wake up call. Simple as that.

And “Bu Bu But…Thats not what he was convicted of!” Don’t fly here, because as a BLACK MAN living in America within the “system” we all know what time it is if your dumb ass willingly does some ILLEGAL shyt that lands you in the clutches of said system. Diddy isn’t a black man who gave a damn about any of that. He thought that money and power would shield him. Well guess what?

nikka I dont care about all that other shyt that’s not what he was charged for. This ain’t about HIM. This is bigger than him. It’s about ALL of us as black men in this country and the implications of shyt like this. Especially for black men without the RESOURCES Diddy has. This emotional ass shyt is why this country is being ran by the people it’s being ran by and why civil rights is being pushed back 70 years. Emotional ass decision making. Instead of logic. There’s literal criminal lawyers calling the whole shyt bullshyt and here u nikkas in here supporting it.

There is case law and precedent to consider. Judge also has to look at comparable cases and not deviate too much from those. And all the comparable cases the prosecution tried to use where much more heinous crimes, with many involving minors, and huge organized sex rings etc. There were hardly any cases where the john gets charged with the mann act. And even pimps have got only a few years. He would have got time served and the judge was boxed in by these cases the defense brought up. Only reason he didn't get time served was cause the judge included acquitted conduct.

The prosecution was on bullchit. Ain’t no case law or none of that to consider for sentencing. The judge is suppose to go by your guildines on the points chart for your conviction and record. Has to be some crazy circumstances for him to deviate from the guidelines.

Unless you ti and for some reason the judge goes way below your guidelines:hubie:

You nut holders thought diddy was going to get out scott free because you don't like women . A regular breh would have gotten life in prison for the shyt he did he just got money.

You dumb fvck, how is someone who's been in jail for over a yr getting away without punishment?

Clearly Scot Free means something totally different in yo village
