And all the comparable cases the prosecution tried to use where much more heinous crimes, with many involving minors, and huge organized sex rings etc. There were hardly any cases where the john gets charged with the mann act. And even pimps have got only a few years. He would have got time served and the judge was boxed in by these cases the defense brought up. Only reason he didn't get time served was cause the judge included acquitted conduct.

The prosecution was on bullchit. Ain’t no case law or none of that to consider for sentencing. The judge is suppose to go by your guildines on the points chart for your conviction and record. Has to be some crazy circumstances for him to deviate from the guidelines.
