The difference between the Thunder and Hornets shows how important team culture is.

After having good players of course, team/organization culture is probably the second most important thing to have

They’re both two of the youngest teams in the league. With the Spurs being the youngest.

But you can clearly tell one actually gives a fukk about winning. The Thunder are young nikkas with a lot of money too but you can tell they care exponentially more about actually being a good team and winning from top down.

shyt kinda crazy how they’re so night and day.

That’s because their roster is better and it’s not even close.

Not to mention, they have Sam Presti who has a history of building a winning culture with Durant and Westbrook.

That shyt matters and the comparison isn’t it.

And Lamelo isn't the definition of a perfect bill of health

its not a matter of team culture but franchise culture

some franchises will always be losers...MJ's Hornets have always been trash. It wont change until he leaves

Well yeah I said team/org culture. Including franchise of course

So… team/org culture is almost if not just as important as having good players? :skip:

the fukk we do but stay hurt. we had our projected 2024 roster healthy for literally 14 total minutes in 2023-24 :dead:
look at lamelo and then look at shai
look at the half a decade worth of picks and prospects they racked up just by leveraging cap space and trading disgruntled vets in a circle :dead:
