did it hurt jericho for him to lose to hbk at wm19? stop being marks. i want a good story and good wrassling! wins and losses dont count as much as you guys want to believe they do. a loss doesnt equal a job.

How many younger talents guys soared after a feud with Cena?

Its not a matter of wins and losses, its the track record behind certain people in different spots.

Example, Kane...How many people are really benefitting from feuding with Kane at this point? None, this is why we all gripe when WWE puts him in a feud because beating Kane is no longer an accomplishment because he already loses too much.

tell that to zack ryder, cesaro, cryme tyme, hell tell it to paige

So overall booking has nothing to do with being over? Daniel Bryan is ONE case, not everyone can/will do that.

thats my point tho, none of those people are main eventers with the exception of cesaro but its still early for him. all im saying is that talent USUALLY overcomes and shines through. stars are stars.

nobody is expecting Rusev to bw a main eventer. Just what sense does it make to have him feuding with Cena this early?

Just like it didnt make sense for Bray Wyatt to feud with Cena so quickly

Said it before, I'll say it again. People pick and choose who they wanna cry for. Anyone who loses to Cena is having their career sabotaged, anyone they like who loses matches is getting buried... what makes these people so entitled that they shouldn't have to lose matches to top stars? The top stars had to lose matches, and it didn't end their careers...
Cena is WWE's "top guy" but they also deep down know that he sucks. Thats why everyone that loses a fued to Cena loses standing in the company and sees their career go to shyt. You just got owned by a guy who sucks so why should we get behind you?

That's also why they still feel the need to build up Cena and feed him a bunch of guys to build him back up after his first bad loss after 10 yrs of being Superman. A true star wouldnt be damaged at all by a loss to Lesnar; they'd still be over and fans would still believe in them. But of course Cena's a fraud and WWE knows it.

Its all hilariously backwards.

Punk lost to Cena long before the pipe bomb...

Bryan lost to Cena before the Yes Movement

Cena lost to everybody on Smackdown when he was a heel.

Orton lost to Michaels when he was getting pushed as the new commodity

Batista lost to Orton when Orton was being pushed as the guy headed to Mania 21

Only dude I can think of that never had to take an L on his way up the card was Brock. Everybody else? Yup.

Lol at your stupid whistle smilies like you think you're sayin something.

CM Punk and Daniel Bryan are anomolies and all-time greats. Most people that lose fueds to Cena immediately fall down the card and take years to rehab their careers, if ever. Why do you think this would be other than the fact that WWE knows he's garbage?

So these losses ain't pre-determined? You sayin' it like they lose faith in someone after they lose to Cena because Cena "can't wrestle" so if they lose to him, that means they're no good. How exactly do you become a mark for a match result you predetermined to happen? shyt makes zero sense, even by WWE standards of shyt that makes no sense.

Losing a match means shyt. The way people are booked week to week, month to month is what matters. I say it all the time- don't worry about somebody losing to Cena, worry about 'em losing to a muhfukka that's damn near a jobber.
