Dudleys coming back to do a job/feud with the Usos would be good, but Bully Ray is too good to stay in a tag team. If he stays with Devon, they are just a nostalgia act and their run will last just as long as the NAO did. There's a potentially good feud to be had between Cena and Bully Ray.

The Hardys do not deserve to ever be in the WWE again. They have mental/emotional/drug issues and are more trouble than they are worth. Jeff's match against Sting should've blackballed him from the industry.
