:jbhmm:How will they refute this

The East has gotten better but it still lacks a lot of star power

Nah Utah beats both of them this year

Not saying they’re more talented

I dont know breh. I think you might be playing both sides of this to keep the west ahead in every situation.
Boston and Philly would beat both OKC and Utah. OKC has flash but they dont play situational basketball well. Its just Russ and sometimes PG, Melo is shyt now. Philly series might go 7, but Boston beats them in 5 or 6. Too many bodies to throw at PG (Tatum, Brown, Morris, Smart), and Russ cant win a series on his own, he giveth and taketh away

OKC make the NBA Finals this year if they play in the East and judging by the Celtics success in these playoffs with no Kyrie or Hayward, then the Spurs w/no Kawhi also make the Conference Finals if they play in the East.

The East is at the lowest point that it's ever been and that's not meant to slight LeBron as his team this season isn't as strong as it has been in recent years, but if he was playing in the West he'd probably be out in Round 1.

:rudy:You just spewing nonsense now. Chill.

A) Be an obsessed dikkriding Jordan stan using “Weak East” as a bashing point when you’re GOAT played in the weakest east OAT Due to expansion and being in a transitionin era when older stars were washed and on their way out, and newer guys hadn’t been drafted yetc and had a top 5 player to help him along the way and couldn’t win in a “weak east” without him.

B) Call it a weak east when In the last 15 years, 6 “weak” Eastern teams have won the ship and 8 “almighty” West teams have won. For such a big skill gap between the two conferences, in a series where the two best teams from each conference wins, the gap is not that big. Especially considering that 07’ Cavs team probably isn’t there without Bron showing out.

C) Say it’s a weak East when one of the premiere players can’t sniff the playoffs without adding the greatest player of all time to his team

D) say It’s a weak conference as if the West isn’t and hasn’t been 2 team race every year since 2010 as well.

E) dikkride, brehs.
RIP that fakkit chicago :wow:

East has mostly been weak since 07 but it's had select years of being tough, all this while the West is riddled with injures every year and is just as weak but that's not brought up as much cause people got their narratives to push :manny:

The talent does need to be a bit more balanced out in the league, but players can do what they want so fukk it. Super teams have literally killed competition. What I want to say though is how interesting it is to see how folk who talk shyt about Jordan playing in a "watered down" league because of expansion, have not criticized LeBron for consolidating a ton of fukking talent on every team he has played on since he left Cleveland the first time. The EC has been watered down for a long ass time

He beat Rose and Jimmy with Kyrie hobbled, Love out and JR suspended for the first 2 games of the 2015 series. He's about to go to the finals for the 8th straight time and rather than look at the one common player over those 8 years, you'd rather call the entire Eastern Conference weak.
I think Mark Jones put it best last night

The West was certainly deeper last decade and he first half of this decade, but since 2015 it's been top heavy as fukk.
