Nobody says new vegas was full of life. One was made 15 years ago when gaming technology for open worlds isnt even close to todays games. Meanwhile Starfield is full of empty space and just a below avg game overall. I dont repeat narratives because idgaf ablut the masses. This my own opinion and one that has been echoed due to facts :unimpressed:
Again. Starfield is lots more dense in content. And has lots more content than any other bethesda game. Those are facts.

Ok and? Its 2025, and even so, the game was still empty and was below avg.

Objectively the game was not empty by any means. Thats just not true.

Don’t really care about your opinion if the game was “average” or not.

The conversation was comparing new vegas to other bethesda games. I didn’t start that comparison just spoke on it as the conversation was going.

Compared to 2025 games Starfield had more content and a more complex open world than any other game on the market.

Again, those are facts.

If you don’t like the game that’s on you, but the facts are at odds with your reasoning for not liking the game :manny:

My reasoning for not liking the game is because for an open world game in todays time, its dead. And the story/game play is avg as fukk.

The cities are more dense and bustling than the cities in any other open world game.

If you go to a random planet and walk in a random direction it should be empty just like the wilderness areas in any open world game.
And the story/game play is avg as fukk.
IMO story and gameplay in bethesda games has always been average as fukk. :manny:

Obsidian has never had the money to build a huge sprawling game like bethesdas games.

Their games are always more with less.

Avowed gameplay is much better than anything bethesda has ever done.

They just don’t even try to craft a huge “living world”

Ironically concentrating on making that huge living world was the source of all the criticism of starfield.

Then with obsidian games people complain that they don’t have the things people complained about in starfield.

From my perspective it’s just agenda fueled narratives people like to repeat cause they heard it somewhere else.

New Vegas wasn’t some far and away better game than fallout 3, people just said and repeated that cause obsidian was the underdog at the time. :manny:

We'll agree to disagree on this one. Avowed's gameplay wasn't what impressed me about the game.

I’d say that’s a unique take but ok :ehh:

Skyrim's gameplay is fun and is not out dated compared to some games that have come out after it. Only game I feel does first person melee combat to this day to it's level is Dying Light.

I agree with you about Starfield, you know my opinion about the game though. It isn't perfect, but it's nowhere near as bad as people try to make it out to be.

So why ur shyt struggling? I got the 4090 and alienware 240 hz 4k monitor and it runs like a champ everything ultra. No stuttering or tearing. Maybe your cpu is throttling?

Nah, just tried again and it's definitely with Frame gen turned on, no matter what Vsync or frame cap I set.

:blessed: I take back all the shyt about Starfield. Skipping the gym to keep playing. For uninitiated brehs, this game is ever better than Skyrim, better setting, better writing, more fukkery, they even fixed the leveling and floaty combat.

The only thing I’d say is better about Skyrim is the map, density of life, and lycanthropy. I love them both though.
