I never said Joe was professional.

He’s an a$$hole who I can see why nobody should work with.

Doesn’t change these facts:

1) Joe started the podcast and put the money and time up for it from the start.

2) He was also the anchor and main draw. Rory and especially Mal were carried by Joe and are replaceable

3) They don’t deserve a piece of the pie just because they hosted with him. They where getting over by making what they were making for 8 hours a week of work, and being given a platform in which they could of started they own side hustles with.

We simply don't know what their exact role was and which kind of agreements they had, which means we don't know what they do or don't deserve. What we do know is that Joe Budden is acting completely unprofessionell, so that is all I'm going to pass judgement on

This is a fact and although all have acted unprofessional in a sense, the way Joe has weaponized the podcast against Mal and Rory is another level of low.

Mal, put out a response video, and what others have said in this thread (which I agree with) are true: Joe thinks because he's the star that he gets all the credit for the success and devalues what Mal and Rory bring to the table.

Mal said Joe thinks the success of his podcast is based off his music career. That the fans of Joe's podcast were fans of his music that followed him to the podcast. The trickle down effect. He said that he would tell them when they would do live tours the "I got fans lined up around the block" And Mal is like "YOU? No WE have fans lined up around the block. I been to these cities when you was a rapper, and you wasn't selling out arenas back then like you are now "

4 quick thoughts on this:

1)This doesn't have the fireworks that some would want because Rory seems to be trying to be fair to Joe, which makes me believe them even more.

2)If they would've walked away the first time that Joe snapped on them for asking about business, we would've missed a lot of classic pod moments.

3) Parks nodding along with Joe when Rory was willing to miss a check to help raise Parks' pay is fukking disgusting.

4)I know that some will downvote this or say that it isn't related, but hearing about Joe calling people and randomly screaming on them definitely makes me give more credence to the abuse allegations against him. Textbook behavior."
