I listened to them over the years...at times more often than others...recently not as frequently.

When them guys went on strike or whatever I lost interest. I heard the new guys were keeping it realer than most so I checked them out but now they bring back the other guys

I’m not interested in the old shyt

So you would rather them just be along for the ride and be taken advantage of? You'd complain about it if it happened in any other industry, but since Joe's doing it then it's okay right?

If that's how he treats his friend and employees, then it's no wonder that he's in the situation that he's in now.

Joe could've gone about shyt wayy better.

But you are employees, why do you keep pressing the line. Robin has been on Howard Sterns show since forever and do you think she owns any intellectual property on Howard's show?

It sounds like they're assuming Joe was going to fukk them over. Didn't sound like they got fukked, they just wanted to be more than employees. I hate to see them leave, but it also doesn't make sense for Joe to budge. Just an overall nasty situatuon

You get into business with Joe Budden at this point you are a fukking idiot

And I remain amazed he has friends in real life
Nah you can get into business with him but you really need to have an exit strategy and to get in and get out as soon as possible. He's a walking self destruct button.

His biggest mistake in the situation is not making sure that his friends/employees were going to eat as well and mainly focused on what was best for himself. Those are his "employees", but also are/were technically his friends as well. Why screw them over if they've been with you for years and helped the podcast grow? Even if they were replaceable that's not the way you do business.

We clown other industries for doing that exact same thing, but are giving Budden a pass for it. Why even bring them back on there if you were going to go on a rant the way towards them that you did?

Handle that shyt behind the scenes and off the podcast.
