But no one is talking about the SCOTUS or Biden except you in our conversation here. The focus is solely on why the house and senate speaker never even held a vote on this full stop.

That's where the blame belongs

You know why never held a vote on it? Because the House is in recess and the Senate will be joining them next week until Mid-September, so it's not a priority right now. It's the same reason why they aren't concerned with solving the debt ceiling issue right now even if it means fukking us over while they'll be just fine.

They just want to do the bare minimum while doing home and feeling they accomplished something.

The government has fukked up the entire pandemic. Even the PPP process where real businesses got turned down for grants and loans, while scammers and fake businesses used fake paperwork to get it with no problem.

My best friend almost lost his dentistry practice over this bullshyt, so I know exactly what you mean.

This just means landlords can file for eviction, they still got 90 days to get out

I mean if you was living rent free for an entire year and getting unemployed you should be stacked up something serious right now

Sure, but once again not progressives faults, plus a lot of this is aimed at running the clock. Democrats don't want to govern and they like doing nothing and just blaming republicans. It's all a game to established politicians

It's not progressives fault, but it's guilt by association that people will remember during midterms. It's Nancy's fukk up, but the rest of her party is going to suffer for it come midterms next year. Why would she care though when it's been said for years that she would step down in 2022?

Like I've said before about Nancy, she and Chuck should have gotten voted out last year when she threw Progressives under the bus using other members to cover their own ass for their election failures. They were in those same Progressive ads that they were complaining about. Unfortunately, some of those same said Progressives still voted for her anyways.

Brooklyn!!!!!
People talking like the streets will be flooded with homeless tomorrow. People don’t get evicted right away. You know how backed up the courts are about to be?

There’s still time for some “relief”. They are going to give it to them last minute. Landlords can file an eviction, but it might take up to a year to even get a court date at this point. And they can’t put tenants out without the actual court order. Relax.
