You lucky summabytch.

Good for you though, breh. That’s been one of my concerns for our next home. What if I purchase this house at the apex of the market, and next year the market dips, dropping it’s value significantly? I plan on being there long term and it’ll eventually go back up, but that will still suck. I doubt that it will happen though. These high prices are here to stay.

We’re selling our house for almost 50% more than what we paid for it, but much of our profits are going right back into our next one. The market is crazy right now and we close on the sale of our current home and the purchase of our home next week.
:martin:

Relocating, moving, and real estate can be stressful. I just want to get it over with.
I don’t think the market is going to budge anytime soon.
I would only worry if you’re planning to buy a house to leave within the next five years but I’m not planning to leave anytime soon so I’m not worried if it drops and I’m going to try to pay it down faster anyway

I know a dude who got TWO $20k ppp loans fraudulently. He hadnt paid rent in 9 months. Bought a 2015 charger for 28k and some 26" rims for 4k.

That dude’s an immoral idiot. I wouldn’t trust or want to be around anyone like that.

People like him ruin it for others and they deserve every unfortunate event that happens to them. Prison, eviction, wages garnished, fines, ruined credit, anxiety, etc. They deserve it.

With hours until eviction ban expires, lawmakers lean on CDC to act

How are you going to put fake pressure on the CDC to act when the Supreme Court flat out said they'd help with the extension if Congress actually came to an agreement :dwillhuh:

It looks even more disingenuous considering the fact that the Squad and her fellow Housemates are on recess until Mid-September and not actually at Capitol Hill working.
I think ur confusing the squad with Nancy pelosi the person actually in charge of when they go on recess

But mega corporations can waste millions and billions of dollars, yet the government would still bail them out with no profit whatsoever. It's always amazing how people complain about the little guy benefiting , but never mention a word about the rich who do it as well :unimpressed:
Propaganda works unfortunately

I’m not confusing them at all. Signing the letter is putting on the facade that they’re still there actually working when they’re actually in recess. None of Congress is going to openly admit that they’re in recess and even you know that.

Representative Cori Bush sleeps outside Capitol to protest end of eviction freeze: "I know what it's like"

We have progressives trying to do something in protest. I just don't think it's fair to attack the only people who give a fukk. I keep pointing out how counter productive this kind of shyt is when these people are vastly outnumbered even within their own "Progressive" Caucus.

That's a disingenuous stance to take considering that they pick and choose when they want to speak out and vote against against their own party and what's transpiring :comeon:

Hell, even those Progressives aren't unified together as we've literally seen them split vote on situations that hurt their own constituents and that's specifically referring to The "Squad." Those same Squad members bytched and complained about having to vote on a bill that they didn't get to read in advance, yet still voted yes on it. Only two of their members didn't.

That fake PR means nothing when we’ve literally seen them chance their stance the moment it comes time to vote on something.

I'm not sure what you mean by "they pick and chose" what are they supposed to do bytch literally every bill even if it's a good bill? It's really not disingenuous at all, and I don't even understand why you'd be annoyed by the part in the bold because that's literally what they're there for. The Left has never really been unified on all things, but at our core we're unified on the most important things like this particular topic.

Have we though? Do we know they weren't made back room promises to vote on things? That's how politics work, you sometimes have to use leverage to get something else that might be more valuable to you.

Once again the incessant bytching at a group of people who genuinely care about the Americans is annoying as fukk and counterproductive and nothing you're saying here is really disproving my point at all. I've asked another poster this and I'll ask you the same thing. If you primary them you know some soulless corporate dem that will sell their constituents and the country out for a nickel would replace them correct? What exactly is your goal of applying pressure to the wrong people instead of the people(corporate dems) that you actually should apply pressure to? It reeks of that part of the left that just bytches to bytch and never will be happy about anything that any progressive does.

Do you actually really think that Progressives actually care about Americans :mjlol:

A politician is beholden the people who line their pockets with bread over the American citizens. Yeah some of them might care about us, but you better believe that they are going make sure that the lobbyist get there’s too. Progressives included and even you know that, so don’t sit here and pretend that they are any better because they put on a front for PR purposes.

You know how politics work, so don’t sit here and pretend like you don’t.
