The sad part is, there is money out there to help. Landlords should have been able to apply on behalf of those who are late as well.

I’m closing on my new house next week. It is most definitely a Seller’s Market and home prices are at record setting highs. People offering 15%+ over asking price is not uncommon. I don’t see the market dropping too much anytime soon, partially thanks to foreign investors. These nationwide higher prices seem to be the new norm. If you find something that you like that you can afford, I’d say “go for it”.

He's still choosing kickbacks as opposed to coming through for his constituents. I think it was 82% of W. Virginia democrats approve of Biden's infrastructure plan, and they approved of the stimulus. He's been out front with Senate republicans, trying to bring down the cost for every single bill that Biden's put forward. Dude was already busted for being bought off a few weeks back.
