I was looking into buying my 1st house so should I wait or naw :jbhmm:

I’m closing on my new house next week. It is most definitely a Seller’s Market and home prices are at record setting highs. People offering 15%+ over asking price is not uncommon. I don’t see the market dropping too much anytime soon, partially thanks to foreign investors. These nationwide higher prices seem to be the new norm. If you find something that you like that you can afford, I’d say “go for it”.

I disagree on Manchin. He was the same way when Obama was president.

He's still choosing kickbacks as opposed to coming through for his constituents. :yeshrug: I think it was 82% of W. Virginia democrats approve of Biden's infrastructure plan, and they approved of the stimulus. He's been out front with Senate republicans, trying to bring down the cost for every single bill that Biden's put forward. Dude was already busted for being bought off a few weeks back.

The real answer is that alot of people were getting paid more from the unemployment bonus and don't wanna go back to working for less than they've been getting the past year for nothing.

Then they better get that cardboad box ready or get back to work....

I wouldn't worry, not like there is enough manpower to evict millions at once....This is just scare tactics...
