I'm a big Eminem fan but his yelling style flow is wearing me out, and it's really the reason there's so much Eminem hate nowadays because the old hip-hop fans want to hear him the way he used to spit and the newer youger heads don't care for his new style and have never even heard his old classic style, it worked on Love the Way You Lie wich is a really dope song but that's one of maybe only 2 or 3 exceptions.

I'm still hoping for the dope stuff and if this really is a revisitation to his MMLP album I think we will hear some of that classic Eminem flow, but if his yelling thing prevails through the new album I think it'll be safe to say he lost his spark.

Simple as that...

HE'LL GET GREAT REVIEWS FROM THE POP MAGAZINES AND OBVIOUSLY HE'LL KEEP SELLING.
OBVIOUSLY HIP HOP HAS BEEN CHANGING AS WELL.

This is what HipHop looks like in 2013:

^^ if hip hop fans financially supported the music the claim to love then hip hop stars wouldnt have to cater their singles to top 40 listeners....

Lyrically he's still good. It's like he's taking every damn flow and murdering it. It may be the screaming and "anger" he tries to mimic from when he actually angry at his girl/mom/america lol & I think his beats REALLY throw me off. It's just a personal opinion. I dont think he's fell of in lyrics it's just music as a whole.. I'm not feeling this new vibe Em is trying to pull off

the yelling and the forced anger now is embarassing. the quiet storm voice was a good fit for him.

its so weird that even with encore, recovery and mmlp2, he has some amazing songs where you think it's pure genius. then there's the rest for his new era 16 year old fans thats garbage. relapse is the last time eminem will ever release a dope overall project.

i wonder how history will remember him. and i'm talking hip hop, not white america.

I don't even try to listen Em spit anymore, like at all. But I think he gave hip-hops enough material. The Chronic 2001 :yeshrug:

He didn't really do that on MMLP2 at all, at least as far as the yelling goes. He's always had kind of an angry tone in his voice though.

But yea his overall delivery is always fukked up these days.
Relapse - accent
Recovery - yelling
MMLP2 - choppy flow
And yea his voice doesn't sound as natural or ride the beat as smoothly anymore.

Nowadays only Eminem stans and little girls listen to his music.Hes trying too hard with his corny rapping, screaming and moaning. The beats he uses are trash.I dont care if hes the most lyrical rapper in the universe or whatever. He went pop.Might as well go on tour with Florida, Pitbull and Macklemore.

Lol. It's always humorous when people say he's "gone pop" because it makes it that much more obvious that they're just hating and haven't actually listened to his music. Outside of collabs with Rihanna, he doesn't make pop music. Still makes the same style/content that he always has. Well Recovery was more on the pop-side of things, but it still wasn't conventional pop music like you're referring to with guys like Pitbull and Flo-rida, not even close.

There's nothing "pop" about songs like this.
