I don't watch hockey but still like to keep up and check on this thread and got one question....

Is that Auston Matthews guy ever happy? All there is is clips of him scoring goals and that man has the most mundane celebrations out there. I don't know what it's like to be the best at anything, but if I was scoring goals like that, you'd have to hate me

Part of that is he plays in a hockey Mecca in Toronto, so Leafs players are scrutinized for anything. Other part is bs hockey culture and its unwritten rules like baseball, so celebrating like that is seen as being a “good solider”
