TO BE THE MAN YOU GOTTA LIFT LIKE THE MAN WOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Dap + RepI'm already looking forward to the fall so I can start bulking![]()
Good to hear.Started Stronglifts 5x5 about 2 months ago (on forced break now, sprained knee), and feeling worlds better. Been
just about my whole life. Got diabetes and said fukk it, can't go out like that. Got off the diabetes and blood pressure meds with a combo of keto diet, intermittent fasting over the last year, and now the gym. I have old injuries and some issues, but the weights have me feeling better than I have since a teenager. Squats and deadlifts

Thankz for theIf you're just starting out then you should follow a basic plan. Stronglifts is a good beginner plan and the creator keeps everything simple. Just google stronglifts and the site will come up. He has good tips from diet to proper form. The most important thing is to keep proper form and use the right technique. Also swallow your pride immediately. You may feel extra weak at first but that's okay, everybody starts somewhere. And honestly most people at the gym won't even notice you unless you do something dumb. Increase the weight slowly, follow the proper form, and you'll prosper. Don't go in there trying to show out.
I try to get in there 3 days a week but it's tough when you work and have a long commute. I would be in there 4-5 days a week if I could but 3 is usually good for most people.
Got me ready to put in that work.
