Wish I knew about that kinda. I'm tall n skinny. That's fat Nia shyt lol

5'10 at 155-160. 225 for bench reps, lean as hell. Get told I look 170 but I only hold the bare minimum of fat. Could still move big weight at 147.

Gym after doing my side moving job and I'm still killing it.

is going to the gym really necessary though? can't you just get dumbbells, do pushups, and situps, and up the weight gradually?

i'm a young nikka and never really got focused on weights, always felt the mind was more valuable.. but i started recently no gym shyt though and already slightly bigger

but a big part of it is also diet and shyt.. i barely have time to be prepping food all the damn time so i'm thinking just buy beans and rice in bulk and shove that shyt down my throat on the daily..

Yeah push ups dips pull ups and running can go a long way.

I fukking hate counting calories. I just eyeball the food and eat clean. you could also eat what you want and not go over your calorie limit. I don't recommend it but some people do that.

Nah it aint necessary, NY nikkas like @ikbm get brolic off body weight movements at the playground all the time

I'm in South Florida doe it's too hot for that bullshyt

Mines is a tad bit different...I was too lazy to go to the gym but I wanted to make a change. I had always been slender but I put some on in the midsection. I'm 6'2 or so and I was like 212 which was way too much. I started on calisthenics using YouTube vids and I came down to 185...Add the different sets of push-ups I do and I look the way I would like. Maybe one of these days I'll hit a gym with the goal of reaching 200 in muscle but this has worked out pretty well

I started doing two a days at PF 6 days a week for a couple of months with a no carb and fish diet. I was never fat I was skinny and flabby from too much cardio and a bad diet.

The transformation was overnight :blessed:

Walk into the office and bytches I used to see all the time doing double takes like :gucci::dwillhuh:. I'm like :jawalrus:.

That feeling when you see a big meatball swole nikka by the racks and you go pick up the same weights as him and do more sets. Just look back at em like:youngsabo:.
