How do I keep up at the gym when I switch my workouts?
Right now I'm getting into less barbell and more dumbells because I want to fi any imbalances I have.
I'm waking up feeling sore AF so I know I'm hitting my muscle groups in a different way and being effective.
Yet, I went back to barbell today and all my 12 rap maes feel down to like 8 reps.
Dumbbells feel like I can get a better pump and more muscle focus but I'm not sure how I'm losing strength.[/QUOT
YOU CANT PUMP EVERYDAY. YOU WILL TEAR YOUR MUSCLES. Even though you want to PUMP you gotta sit down a day or 2 till you dont feel any soreness and you will be stronger. Just eat.How do I keep up at the gym when I switch my workouts?

Most big dudes in my gym don't even attempt squats and if they do it ain't even parallel. It takes both mental and physical toughness, but mostly mental. Sht is just hell. If you do squats or deads

Just eat and keep eating. Chicken, fish, peanut butter, yogurt, fruit, etc. and stay away from junk food. You already low body fat so you got something going
You are correct. The gym should be only 30 minutes if u handle yo shyt and not try to talk to people.Said it before, saying it again. If there is no health concern, you are a fukking dummy if you ain't hitting the weights. Its like winning the lottery for a few stacks.
