YOU CANT PUMP EVERYDAY. YOU WILL TEAR YOUR MUSCLES. Even though you want to PUMP you gotta sit down a day or 2 till you dont feel any soreness and you will be stronger. Just eat.
Not lifting everyday. 4 days typically. Plenty of rest. I make nice slow gains when using barbells but it seems like when I switch to DBs rather than doing both in a workout, I get a more intense workout and better focus on form and squeezing at the top of my rep.

But my strength plummets. Litterally only difference in my diet and workouts is just the switch from BB TO DB. Hell it even happens when I switch my workouts even with BB. Like instead of hitting flat bench. I'll switch for a month to incline bench. Once I swing back to barbell I'm weaker. Same with DBs

What's the best exercise to build shoulder quickly?

I do calisthenics for the most part, don't have time for the gym...
Shoulders take time to build SAFELY. The tendons in the shoulder need to get stronger with the muscle-- otherwise it's snap city. That's why you see so many guys with rotator cuff injuries, and they act like it's something to brag about. :heh:

You are correct. The gym should be only 30 minutes if u handle yo shyt and not try to talk to people.
Get in and get out
My cardio for the gym used to be the bike ride to and from it. 10-12 minutes each way. I was banging out sets and getting my ass back home, even on leg days, peddling
hard as fukk. At 4am. NO excuses.

No. I do full body workouts 3 times a week, which includes squats and deads on those days. Not saying I'm some type of goon:whoa: I'm just now starting. I just hate people who show off and brag on social media but don't even squat or dead. Like how you gone act like a beast but you scared of them heavy weights?:childplease: If you gone brag do everything. Everybody bragging about 305 bench, but ain't nobody claiming that 475 squat:mjpls:

nikka SHUT UP! :mjlol:

fukk you keep talking about deadlifts for?

Nobody in here trying to lift the heaviest piece of metal, we tryna fukk bytches and keep the haymaker right for them fukk nikkas.

We leave that muscle head shyt to the meatballs and roid ragers.:jawalrus:

Running long distance at pace takes more mental toughness. Running a marathon is no joke. shyt, cycling five miles without stopping is no joke.

I lift weights and run and running takes more will power.

Now try swimming a mile. It's bout like running 4 miles. With your face submerged in water for 3/4 of the time.

You have to get very comfy being out of breath and having to wait to inhale.

I like weights tho. Just improving to the point you can up the weights and reps is reward enough. Swelling up is a bonus

Swimming is fukking insane. I tried water Polo for a summer and man, I got stunted on.

It's funny how people don't realize some of the toughest sports don't involve getting hit. When I was a life guard we had to egg beat and keep our chins above the water.

I tapped out early everytime. Swimming is definitely the most taxing sport I've tried.

Weight lifting is rewarding as fukk because results come fast.

Basically I run a couple miles 2x or 3x per week and I swim about half a mile 2x or 3x per week.

I want to get up to 4.5 miles running and the mile swimming at least 3x a week each. I have trained at that level before just slacked way off and keep starting over.

I lift about 2x per week. Straight bench press. 200 lbs. I have been doing 3 sets of 4. When I started I couldn't even budge 200 lbs.
