The Fine Bros attempt to trademark the word REACT and reaction style videos

Their big announcement is you can make reaction videos for them and give them a cut of your money because they basically invented the reaction video.

Now I've watched a few of their videos and they basically rip off VH1's series "I Love..." and just use common people off the street and have little "Pop-Up Video" style blurbs in them.

Users from Reddit dug around and found these guys attempting to trademark the word react.
The Fine Bros from Youtube are now attempting to copyright "reaction videos" (something that has existed before they joined youtube) and are claiming that other reaction videos are infringing on their intellectual property • /r/videos

Their swag is at this level.

It will still be a huge channel, they will release an apology video or just delete it once the subs dip under 5 million.

Where they messed up is trying to tell people not to support other channels...that is what really set people off.

Game companies and all the videos they use to react to should step in and say hey we need you to come up off the money you're making from our videos and share that profit.

All these youtubers complain,whine and bytch when companies don't let them use their property to profit off of,now they want to turn around and do the same thing.

They were also deleting all the negative comments from the videos.

Is this the state of youtube entertainment? People who make reaction videos to other people's art? I can live with that, it can be entertaining.
