I think she had a plea deal and reduced her charges, she could've gotten 6 months they said. instead got probation. That florida man probably should've watched roots or schindlers list like she did.

I haven't found fully updated stats but these numbers are approximately correct:
~850 of the rioters have been charged
~350 of the rioters have been convicted
~225 of the rioters have been sentenced
Over 100 of the ones sentenced have received jail time
Around 15-20 of those have received multiple years in prison.
At least 3 have received 5+ years in federal prison
I'm not sure how representative those sentences are, since a lot of the early sentences were people who took plea deals for minor offenses. It looks like the bigger offenses are just starting to come down right now, and the ones who didn't take the deals might get off worse than the ones who did.

This independent website got the same list with faces to the name, but they also include politicians trying to run for office who should be held accountable.

It’s always like that. If you don’t go to trial they’ll usually get a lighter sentence. Going to trial costs money so they gone stick it to you a little bit harder if you make them convict you instead of pleading out
I saw the list, just didn't see any way to pull stats off and I'm not gonna add up nearly 900 cases on my own lol.
My #'s came from various news stories from the past month, all of which are gonna be slightly out of date by now.
