Brehs were scientific with it. Applying the car factory methods to food. shyt was revolutionary tbh..Fords of fast food.

Yo in hindsight I found out the significance that scene where the wife of that franchisee hands the kids lollipops and Ray is :smugdraper:. It foreshadows the whole Ronald McDonald....Happy Meal...Toys..targeting of children.

Them Lo Lifes...
I'm interested to know where they got the notion for the fast food paradigm.
Watch the movie. They show all that.

It was a progression from the typical drive in diners.

The fact the a burger was ready in 30 seconds is what had "the founder" intrigued.

The brother also broke down the process in which they had to design a workspace that had a synergestic flow between staff, which took to produce.
This is the basic foundation of McDondalds.

At the end of the day, the brothers where not business savvy at all.

The brothers were production and efficency geniuses and were ahead of their time (this is even taught today with IEs). They just never thought to implement that into a nation wide concept cause at the time they were comfortable making 100k a year (1 mill in todays money).

The biggest factor of the creation of the mcdonalds was the franchise concept and how mcdonalds owns the stores and the land and the folks pay a licensing/leasing fee for ever. The financial dude harry sonneborm that Ray Kroc met told him how to hustle the franchisees and make the most profit and the franchise fees that we now see today came into existance.

Once he did that it was OVER dude was rolling in money.

Also peep game how he told them mcdonalds that he didn't really want their store he wanted their NAME.

Cause to him Mcdonald sounded like an all american name.

Yh that was :wow: to me for some reason. He wanted the whole aura. That family-friendly all American brand

Nobody wants to eat at "Kroc's"....it sounds too Slavic" :mjpls:. McDonald's is perfect.
