Alright so this was it. I'm like it looks dope and is well produced but something just seems off as fukk about this. Nice concept but this is a pass for me. The main guy just doesn't have any of the charisma that Will has and that Carlton has none of the goofiness.Looks like a great idea and good cinematography. But damn them mafukkas can't act for shyt.

In terms of a ruff draft pitch meeting like video I think it works 
As an actual production I'd jettison that entire cast, swap the feel to be less dramatic, etc etc
Actually I'd rather see the real life story of how will smith went broke, met Benny Medina / Quency Jones in LA, and got the fresh prince show.

They just trying to secure a bag to actually pull it off. I'd give it a green light just cuz it already has a fan base

The cinematography is stellar for a indie film like this...wow ...crisp visuals, great setting, shots, etc.
I'm feeling this...I can get behind this..
However, now it really makes me feel like we need an actual Will Smith bio pic.....his story would be amazing......have look alikes for old school rappers, actors etc. It would me crazy!

I like the idea. A more realistic version of Fresh Prince, set in current times. I would definitely watch it if they make it right.

the acting is meh at best. this shyt feels like The Game but with a bigger budget and no Tasha Mack. The Meek references feel forced and corny.
Cant take that Uncle Phil seriously.
