nikka im knowing. Im saying when you in the friendzone a chick will do lil things to show theres a light at the end of the tunnel in some cases. Maybe she'll text you outta the blue and start a convo with you feeding into the feelings you've already caught.

As someone has already said, a lot of that "light at the end of the tunnel" that men perceive is the male ego seeing something that isn't there.

Notice I used the word acquaintance several times. I take the word friend seriously and use it only when applicable.
Hopefully the following words will illustrate why I don't tell any & everyone my business.
If you display weaknesses that are greater than my own, how are you of any help to me? (May sound harsh, but let it marinate)
Various individuals come to me for advice or in their time need and I wouldn't go to ANY of them if the shoe was on the other foot. If you're emotional, resentful, unhappy, close minded, etc. I don't pass judgement and spend the better half of our time together helping you notice what you're oblivious to (helping them get out of a rut) But, if I'm experiencing a moment of negativity said person will make matters worse before making it better (they have a hard time helping themselves and cancerous to others).
If you truly have an understanding of others you know what you can & cannot tell people.

As a woman I agree with the bold.
Meaning: A man will know you're not interested but in the back of his mind will attempt to prey upon your weaknesses in the guise of friendship.
Once I told a few of my male acquaintances I was pregnant not only did they drop me like a bad habit, I was accused of being a whore who lied about my 5+ years of celibacy

Just curious, did you feel the same way about the girls that stopped talking to you at the same time? It sounds terrible but if you are pregnant or have kids, you instantly have very little in common with anyone who does not.
People with kids cant go out drinking, they cant go out to eat on a moments notice, everything is unreliable as it all depends on whether or not you can find a sitter. All of the things you and your friends used to do would now be much different. I dont doubt that some of the guys you knew may have saw your pregnancy as an out of business sign but I think it is also likely that it just made it harder to have a friendship like old times.

She Agree That I'm Looney said it right, friendzone is like being a jumpoff for women. When you have a pop, you have to do certain things to keep that physical relationship going with feelings being caught.
