More Black men voted 4 Trumpets and Tea bcuz he didn't create and endorse the mandatory minimums BillAry did in the 90s. Brothas who did bids or got they money thru alternative means prolly had PTSD flashbacks everytime they saw her ugly cackling ass on stage.

Trump is gonna have to find you and personally ass rape you before you understand what you're up against and how little all the talking points matter.

What happened in the 90s cannot keep you on the sidelines or worse drive you to support Nazis and KKK.

And if Finding Nemo can find a way to locate you and violate you, he will. So just wait.

they can have every moment and there doesnt need to be a shytting on black men or even a division for no reason, I could maybe see if black men were like 75 percent for Jones and black women 97 percent like damn, but single digits ? nah, this is negligible. it shouldve just been black people

I totally agree.

But at the same time I'm okay with them shouting 'Black Women'.

I do shyt for people and they are seldom grateful. So either I get mad and stop helping people or I do it for my own purposes - praise not being one of them.. cause you not gonna get that pat on the back so forget about it.

So it's kinda like that. I love Black Women. If someone gives them props that's cool. I want my props but either way I still do what I do.

Yes I peeped that. Powers that be don't want any unity in the black community.
Divide and conquer

Working awfully well for white men in power since.. slavery.

The white men’s #1 ally in bringing down black men are those who are supposed to love us: black women.

Their hate (or that of many of them) for u black men is a sad joke and nobody eats negative images and perpetuates the negative image of us more than black women.

Sad fukks. And they sit there p-ssed off when they see a black man with a pawg.. yes that makes total sense. Kick us down at any chance and expect us to be interested.. makes total sense.

I’ll be the first too say society is set up to hold down black women, media tells the story as if white women are the epitome of beauty and this is a pain of course. But why black women attack us black men but are meek around white men.. I’ll never get that. We are not the cause of your problems, they are. And some white dudes are cool of course, but my point is: black women stop constantly lashing out at us if you want us to perceive you as loving and caring as oppoaed to mean and hostile.

Ok maybe, and I already dont even bother with cac women, Im not giving them or cac men a pass either. But this stuck me like why couldnt they just say "black people" instead of singling it out

I wasn't on the ground in Alabama, but traditionally Black women are leaders in grassroots GOTV operations, and it looks like they put in that work for Doug Jones.

Before you think I am being contrary, let me be clear. I agree with your point to an extent. :ehh:

My concerns before we declare black men are being shytted on though -
  1. Are black women denigrating black men? Or just praising black women?
  2. If the media is denigrating black men, are black women joining in? :ohhh:
If black women are praising their own but not getting caught up in the media bullshyt, that's alright with me. Black men need to be confident in who they are, see the media narratives and step past them, keeping their eyes focused on their goals. What does it accomplish by arguing the "black people instead of black women" point? Very little, and we just become involved in petty arguments. Yes, black men sound petty with this argument, even if there is a measure of truth in it. We should instead, be supporting our black women.

If black women are caught up in the media narrative and try tearing down black men, they should be checked. :yeshrug:

Because black women came out in much larger numbers than black men. Black women made up 17% of all voters. Black man made up 11% of all voters.

Black women were over represented in this election relative to their population in Alabama.

Some of y'all get major issues that would take years of therapy to resolve. :hubie:

As far as this election, y'all need to stop acting like cry babies. Black women showed up more than other groups. They outperform ed relative to their population. And it's not like the media is dissing black men.

Stop the blood clot crying.

This is the main takeaway from the thread.

At face value, that looks like a 6% difference, but if you solely look at the black community, that means that black women voted over 50% more than black men.

ok I guess with these numbers but these were not the numbers theyre using to prop them up anyway so Im not even sure how legit it is that this is the reason they are giving this attention even if it is true. Theyre showing 97 to 91 percent. I guarentee if black men voted 100 percent they would not be getting props like this. White people allow black woman to get props, im not mad at it but you have to look at motive not only the result. I even look at shyt like the black movies that got nominated this year, black woman astronauts and a gay black boy, would a movie about a strong straight black man, not a criminal or famous person, ever be nominated ? I dont know.

  • Ali was nominated
  • Ray was nominated
  • Practically every major film Denzel ever acted in where he played a hero or a villian was nominated, famous or not.
We can't base an argument as serious as this off feeling. You need to take facts into consideration before making these statements. The irony of this is that your argument moreso applies to black women at the Oscars than black men.

We have to ask ourselves why more black men voted for Roy Moore and Trump than black women.
Taxes :troll:
That 5% difference while questionable. Isnt worth wasting time over. BW didnt vote 100% against moore. It was close but not 100%.

All this energy needs to be redirected towards WW.

ray and ali are famous though, im talking about depicting like a smart black straight man but a regular person, maybe pursuit of happyness, idk you may be right but there was no reason to even act like it was a big deal. focus on the white women
