Dre gave up on him and asked 50 to help
you do realize game has like 0 solo hits right?
tf u gonna post? one blood?
you are moving goalposts still
nobody said what worked or how good he was
the question is "was The Game on"
The Game was on before he met 50 cent
he was with Dre, he was sought after and recording music
for him to even get placed onto Gunit Records means he was on
they didnt go grab him out of a corner store... he was on the label and already signed
its like saying "was Bishop Lamont on?" of course he was ... even though it didnt work out... he was still on at one point
The Game was on the label and rapped like trash, he still made it though
you dont have an album halfway done that "needs work" so they send 50 in to help
and not be on, you dont have to be a superstar to be considered "on"
before 50 cent knew The Game he was already on the label with Dre ... Dre or whoever scouts for Dre put him on
50 cent put him in the spotlight behind a label move through Jimmy, under the imprint of Dre
my opinion, if Young Buck isnt in Gunit... they probably dont recommend The Game join Gunit
after they added Buck they started marketing different regions instead of just keeping it 3 NY rappers
since it worked for Buck, they probably felt like The Game would fit and work too and they could cover all regions
they probably last longer and dont add The Game without Buck being successful
