There's an interview from I think MTV I'm not sure maybe someone can correct me, but even Banks admitted he really started to go clubbing around the time Beamer Benz or Bentley was about to drop because he felt he had change it up as to where before the only time he would leave his crib is if you paid him to show up.

Bottom line:When you run a record label like a crew, its going to fall apart at some point. Every rap label set up like that has suffered that fate. When people think G-UNIT, they always gone think 50 first. 50 all over the hooks, all in the videos, talking at the beginning/end of the songs, brought up in interviews when he not around. Then he sons and shyts on them publicly at every turn. That's where he really fukked up. Imagine if Wayne did that with Drake and Nicki. It permanently places your actual artists as soldiers in the eyes of the general public. 50 has a point as far as wanting guys to go get it and they don't seem to have that initiative. But again, when u run the label like a crew, and isolate yourself from everyone in the industry, how are Banks or Yayo or Game if he stayed going to flourish? 50 was getting pissed cause Buck was chillin with Dblock and Wayne. Game wouldn't go at Nas,Joe, and Jada. That's what got the wheels turning on the tension between him and 50.How can you survive like that? nikkas think G-unit and judge you on everything but the music..So now your career is tied to the state of the brand. If the brand or 50 falters, you're cooked. You can't work with anybody cause 50 got a new beef every album cycle and you're alienated from the fan bases of all the artists he's gone at. So think about that:Murder Inc, Dipset, Dblock, Wayne, T.I., Jigga, Game,Rick Ross, Nas, Fat Joe, Kanye....he shytting on Mayweather...I don't understand how 50 can't see that he's the common denominator. Any nikka that records the phone conversations of his artists/friends and stashes them just in case....Its kinda genius in a diabolical,Victor Newman way but your relationships with people going forward are coming equipped with the side eye.

50 did everything for these dudes, he even said it himself, when the label was asking for a new 50 album because he just dropped GRODT he made sure the next album was Beg for Mercy. He featured on their biggest single on their debut albums to make sure they blow and get the biggest numbers, what more does he have to do, wipe they asses?
