It's an opinion, but something really off if we including catalogue here.

#40 smh, that's where we placing Coolio. This man first 3 albums went platinum, Gangstas Paradise went 3x Platinum. He won 5 Grammy awards,not to mention he beat Pac and Big for best Rap Solo Performance.

Yeah Coolio ain't the most Lyrical and all that other nonsense but, very few have the catalogue he does.

Take Coolio top 5 songs, possible

Who 1-40 got a top 5 that can go head to with him outside of the usual Cube, Snoop, K. Dot etc. Ain't no more than 5 or maybe 10.

Pac not being considered a west coast rapper is kinda goofy honestly.

I get it, but c'mon. That's just trying to be too technical. He repped the west coast in basically all his music and had moved there before he was rapping.

If Ice-T can grow up in Jersey, Kurupt can grow up in Philly, Xzibit in New Mexico and make the list…Pac should definitely be here

In terms of rap skills, I’d say he has a legit gripe. But of the top 25 I’m only taking his catalog over like 3 people. Could argue he should be even lower
