Ice moved to LA at 13...that's young enough to have grown up there. The problem with Pac is he was based out of the Bay in his early career and didn't rep LA until his final year of life.

If Kurupt and Xzibit make anybody's case it should be Rage.

I still think Eazy should have been higher on the list. He’s single handedly responsible for the West Coast being on the map to this very day. Game is probably the biggest name in rap with not a big impact as far as legacy. His 2 songs that still get played are 50 features and he has no stans and no clones or crew

You have to factor in that most of the Game’s fan were folks that didn’t like 50 plus you had cats getting behind him including Jada, Styles, Nas, Lil Wayne, and Fat Joe co-signing him
