I live in Dallas. But when I worked for a real estate broker I seen two houses, one was in Desoto, one in cedar hill(both black suburbs) over 4,000 square feet for $130k

Pretty sure the house you’re talking about is a generic McMansion in a division where every house looks basically the same with generic stucco and builder grade materials.
