I just looked up The Games name on one of those sites that allow you to look people up and this really is his house. The foreclosure process is public record and the documents really do say he's being foreclosed on.

Damn.

It's all because he lost that big ass 7.1 million dollar lawsuit against that crazy bytch then he lost the case against Viacom then he lost another against 40glocc. I hope the nikka is ok.

I live in Dallas. But when I worked for a real estate broker I seen two houses, one was in Desoto, one in cedar hill(both black suburbs) over 4,000 square feet for $130k

This was in 2012 but still

And it probably has a generic design and underwhelming construction materials. . I can tell you nikkas have never touched any real money in your lives.

I can only think of two ways that what 40 is saying isn't


1 - I believe he won a lawsuit against Game and so he may have went back to the court with the judgement in hand to enforce it. That would typically result in wage garnishment but since he's a rapper they have put a lien on his house

2 - Game owes the bank AND real estate taxes to the city and city put the house up for a tax lien sale then 40 paid the back taxes. So depending on the law, Game has up to 12 months to settle the tax lien or the house goes to 40 officially.

It doesn’t matter if two houses have the exact same features, if one is in a more desirable location with a higher cost of living, it will be considered more valuable.

A house in Calabasas, CA is always going to be way more expensive than the exact same house in a Dallas, TX suburb.

Location drives price idiot, had nothing to due with a black suburb. And a 130k 4000 sq ft house doesn’t have the same quality of build and finishes as a 2M 4000 sq ft house. Pretty sure the house you’re talking about is a generic McMansion in a division where every house looks basically the same with generic stucco and builder grade materials.
