I just looked up The Games name on one of those sites that allow you to look people up and this really is his house. The foreclosure process is public record and the documents really do say he's being foreclosed on.

Damn.

It's all because he lost that big ass 7.1 million dollar lawsuit against that crazy bytch then he lost the case against Viacom then he lost another against 40glocc. I hope the nikka is ok.

He needs to file bankruptcy but probably has no businesses in his name to hide any money. So 40 is a debt holder in the property in lieu of being paid 250k. I would file bankruptcy and ensure that chic never see a red cent

The house, itself is 4000 square feet. As in, actual space inside the house. Which would be huge, in any state.

Not the lot. The actual lot (what you are confusing the comparison for Dallas homes for) is 2.19 acres (thats the basketball court, backyard, etc.) which is crazy big. Especially in California.

The first house that popped up on Zillow after I typed comparable description of Game's house - 3,500-4,000 square feet and 2+ acres in Dallas, Texas is for sale for $5 million 3 beds 3 bathrooms

I live in Dallas. But when I worked for a real estate broker I seen two houses, one was in Desoto, one in cedar hill(both black suburbs) over 4,000 square feet for $130k

Nah man. I live in NC and u can Get a 6 bedroom brick Home here for a million. And property taxes are less than 1%. Plus our gun laws are lenient. We all legally own and most of us carry here. I always thought rich people would want their homes in the middle of nowhere from everyone else.

Have you not had your eyes open to gentrification and the rising cost of living in America’s top cities? People with money are increasingly moving back into cities and towns close to the city for amenities, shorter commutes, and easier transportation. Rich people live where they want
