The house, itself is 4000 square feet. As in, actual space inside the house. Which would be huge, in any state.
Not the lot. The actual lot (what you are confusing the comparison for Dallas homes for) is 2.19 acres (thats the basketball court, backyard, etc.) which is crazy big. Especially in California.
