I'm just saying how easy it is to get a gun down south and anything can be had. Even fully automatic. You just got to get a signature from your local sherrif's office and they're so corrupt that they can be purchased for the right price. There are lots of millionaires here in the city. I just looked up Charlotte, NC 3,500-4000 square feet house with 2+ acres

Its either brand new and going for millions, without the LA life style or old and vacant land


Basically no matter what state you in when you are buying a nice house with 2+ acres of land its going to run you a lot because the land itself in America is expensive.

I don't live in charlotte. I live in Greenville which is about 90 mins from Raleigh. Home of ECU. Depending on location, you can get about 50 acres of land for less than $200k. ECU is buying up a lot of the land because they're running out of space. Students are becoming 5 and 6 year seniors. Then they are staying enrolling in the new Master's programs we have. Some people when they get here just never leave and decide to stay here after graduation. And they're from all over the country. Those college apartments are being put up monthly here it seems. California is just an expensive place to live. I could never live there or NY I don't like ether gun laws or prices. Don't need that LA lifestyle. I have a 4 bedroom house on about a 1/3 of an acre. More than enough for me. I get along with my neighbors. They let me go in the backyard and pop off all day without a problem.
