Rayman in the PS1. I never finished it til this day.

OG Ninja Gaiden on Xbox was harder than black to me. Ikaruga is definitely top 10 hardest game I've played.

I remember playing this Alex Kidd game which was extremely difficult and when you finally get to the boss you play ROCK PAPER SCISSORS AND IF YOU LOSE YOU START OVER.
