like i said, he was able to find things served at fast food restaurants that worked for his targets, but that's not all he ate.
and there's a huge difference between what the average person orders at a fast food restaurant and what someone like @MMSex who was an extremely busy student but who studied the macro breakdowns on a menu and utilized the a la carte section to fit their schedule orders. but you already know that, seems like you're just looking to create an argument here.
I did not misquote him. However you want look at it he was eating Fastfood in moderation which is what I have been referring to this whole thread and what I assume the OP to be based on.

face like working out w a friend is a foreign concept. a lot of people have friends who are also work out partners. it provides you w a consistent spotter, better motivation/helping to push each other through plateaus, constant form checks, a lot of other things you don't get working out solo. it's an activity just like video games and weed. you do that w friends, no? if those friends suddenly grew out of those activities and had no interest i doubt you'd be spending as much time together.
