There is a lesson to be learned here. If you work for a company, say you are an engineer. If you invent something, they will end up owning it. The Hardyz should have never given TNA ther ideas. Keep that shyt under wraps and do it in your own promotion.

If we really are watching the twilight of the Hardy Boyz as in ring guys, as a fan that's been with them since pre TLC1 days, I think they're in a good place. They got to have one last run as one of the hottest acts in wrestling (even if it was outside WWE), they both cleaned up their acts enough that they were welcomed back to WWE, they're family men in their home lives, and they're shoe-ins for the Hall of Fame and will likely be remembered as one of the GOAT tag teams in wrestling history.

I know it kinda sucks that it seems like they're ending on a wimper - especially with all the fukkery that went down with them and Anthem, and how WWE seemingly failed to do anything with them - but at the end of the day, it's just not their era anymore. The New Day, The Usos, The Shield, The Bar, even Breezango: they're the tag teams running the ship in the E now. Plus, considering how bad it got for both Hardys at times, it's just cool as a fan to see them both seemingly doing okay and healthy. And eating good, no less. Remember, a lot of the Broken stuff they paid for out of pocket and filmed on their own massive estates.

Basically, they got their final moment of glory and now they get to set themselves up for the future. Not bad for Matt and Jeff, I say.

They both wrestled for 25 years. This is the retirement contract. Matt should’ve signed with tna in 2005 and strung that Edge Lita thing along tho

Once they couldn't use the Broken gimmick, it was a wrap. And that includes Jeff, who everyone assumed would be getting a mega push but I never saw that happening. Fact is, outside of the Broken Universe, no one was checking for either Hardy in 2017.

As is, they'll ride out their contracts, enjoy a nice Hall of Fame induction in a few years, then either retire from the business or settle into a backstage role. I could definitely see Matt down in Full Sail in a few years.

First thing I notice when they came back in there matches . Jeff is always the one who's booked the strongest and protected( I don' think he's been pinned clean since their return) it look like they were building up toward a feud with him and miz b4 he got hurt.u remember miz did screw him out of that number one contender match that Jason Jordan ended up winning, so there's no telling what would of happen. If I was Vince I would give Jeff another shot at being a top guy.other than the shield,Cena,Orton and Aj there's no other big time baby faces right now

don't think it's wwe fault that the hardyz don't have the broken gimmick.

wouldn't it be the same situation for the hardyz if they just signed with any one else at this point n time?

the point should be made is TNA ain't shyt
Yea I blame tna more for this, they are doing this out of spite and I can never be ok with that type of “business” move. However I am also disappointed that wwe is so disinterested in them disputes how over they are. I bet it has a lot to do with not having good merchandise for them. They still on that old school mindset that if you don’t have t-shirt sales you aren’t over. Matt should be on tv more and if not send him to smack down where he would get some shine. There is 475 wrestler on raw and they only use like 5 of them

Matt using the Broken gimmick has the potential to overshadow everyone else on the roster. The gimmick is so great that it may actually be bigger than wrestling itself. It has clearly worked well across multiple wrestling companies.
