Lol he just had a record setting title reign and got major heat tonight in a classic style beatdown.
Only if bigshow sheamus or cena are involved.... And hes the heel...and the face is boring in match......like reigns.
Right. So basically he needs a good wrestler to carry the match. Same as Reigns and Cena.
Thats why when you put these guys together they create horseshyt. Its not about styles not meshing. Its about good wrestlers putting you over
Like i said in some other topic, Del Rio Reigns was dope. Orton Reigns gonna be trash. They both need a Del Rio type to put their shyt over.

that's mainly because he's been shielded(no pun) from having his weaknesses exposed in singles matches.
The problem is now the E is desparate to build a face star and so Reigns is on the fast track, but performance-wise he's not ready at all. And most long time fans like myself and others can see it
Batista was doing fine in the ring by then too..Alot of no selling to push the limits of those matches.

Randy Orton has been a top WWE guy for better than 10 years. He is at the point in his career where he should be the kind of 'ring general' who can make a match with a newer guy look like smooth sailing. He cannot, though. And that is his fault.

He's green as grass, is all. He was protected by having two 10 year wrestling veterans shore up his inadequacies -- but there's no teacher like experience, and Reigns has only been wrestling AT ALL since 2010. In 2010, in comparison, Cesaro was on top of the tag scene on the indies, Rollins was a ROH champion and Ambrose nearly lost a nipple in a match with Jimmy Jacobs.
Randy Orton is a pro and really good at what he does. It's not the most flashy or most entertaining but he's always playing his character and is really old-school with how he goes about his business. I thought the beat down last night was great and this is where Orton makes Reigns. We know he's gonna job to him at Summerslam but Randy really goes all out with what he does. Can't help but respect the man to go for the RKO twice to break that table when you can tell that first one hurt him.
He doesn't have classic matches but he'll always do what he has to do to get the person he's wrestling over and the point of the story. I don't want to see him as a champ anytime soon, but his role is perfect. He can feud with anyone and always walk the tweener line where he can wrestle anyone and play the opposite of them pretty good.
I'm not gonna go all in on Roman hate because the crowd did choose him, but to stay over for good the Universe, you're gonna have to put on great matches. That's why I never worry about the Rollins, Ambrose, Cesaro, Zigglers because no matter what their "pop" is, the crowd is always into their matches because theyre entertaining and unpredictable. Reigns is gonna have to use superman comebacks to win for a while because his moveset is so limited.
