Guarantee Dr Umar wasn’t familiar with “change orders” when this project began. All contractors submit change orders (essentially more money) but plumbing “change orders” make people lose their shyt.
Bad part is he wont win shyt in court. A good plumber covered his ass before the actual work began lol. And the hvac will sit in storage til the plumbing rough in is complete.
