I’m mostly Amhara but I’m Oromo and Eritrean Tigray too so I got three, most Ethiopians have mixed tribal affiliations.

I never trusted Abiy. However the alternative is much worse in this case. I don’t even care about dictator shyt cuz in this situation most countries would turn up. I care about people being randomly killed. TPLF dusty ol asses so thirsty to get into power so they can crack that whip again and keep stealing billions. They dont have shiit. Ethiopian army already occupying all of western tigray and just started their offensive in southern tigray today from Raya. This was probably to provoke Eritrea to intervene and internationalize the conflict. TPLF is dead its just a matter of time. But I guess they trying to go out with a bang

Sudan Will Decide the Outcome of the Ethiopian Civil War

@Max B @JDH this article says Amhara have been pushing Abiy to reclaim disputed territory between Amhara state and Sudan. Abiy has tried to get Sudan to close borders to Tigray to stop logistical supplies, but Sudan is keep it open until they get a commitment from Abiy on the Fashqa disputed territory.

They also say if Abiy agrees to make territorial concessions to Sudan, Amhara politicians around him will be angry and may turn on him

Also mentions how Eritrea can use Beja in Sudan to destabilize them if they support TPLF Eastern Sudan has had a lot of ethnic tensions lately.
