it's not even so bad its good or guilty pleasure status, its just terrible.

Lily is trying, I'll give her that. The Weeknd has zero charisma, charm or any on screen presence
really a waste of a very good supporting cast

they even failed at doing their version of Tony seeing Elvira come down the stairs in Scarface

its not even visually appealing, thats the main thing I'm disappointed in so far because that was the only thing I thought they would get right

the score is biting/copying something and its annoying me I can't get what it is.

ya she’s not that attractive to me looks-wise…but there’s a sexiness to her that caught me completely off guard in this show…if I continue to watch, it’s bcuz of her performance…but the weeknd just kills the show for me…truth be told as soon as the club scene in the 1st ep took place is when my interest first waned…random but gary carr would’ve been dope for that role…he was in HBO’s “the deuce” (played a pimp) which is what tedros is essentially…gary carr is a far more capable actor tho…his role on the deuce makes me feel like he could’ve easily played this character and establish the dynamic that exists between jocelyn and tedros

I stopped taking The Weeknd’s character seriously when he appeared out of the mist like Darth Vader at ol’ girl‘s house.

All that scene was missing was a red light saber.

i may have said it already in this thread, but i think this show is gonna play the "haha, it's supposed to suck. he's supposed to be terrible. it's a comedy. etc" card and get renewed when in reality it was probably only supposed to be that to a very minor degree. i refuse to believe Weeknd didn't think this was serious. it's the Vin Diesel effect. i think people assume he's in on the F&F joke, but nothing about that guy leads me to believe he doesn't think he's making pure art.

Think Weeknd's acting, his storyline is the weakest part of the show tho ...at least at this point

didn’t realize the guy who directed euphoria directed this…explains a lot…ya I’m definitely tapping out…euphoria manages to rope me in each season despite my better judgment…fortunately the weeknd’s acting is bad enough in this that I can’t get trapped into watching it…euphoria at least has some decent performances and a semblance of an alright story…outside of lily depp’s performance this show isn’t offering me anything
