One of the things I've done in recent years was to tell people don't get 'put off' because of how I speak sometimes as even if it looks like I'm not doing anything, I'm actually thinking about something and you've broken my concentration. I've also run into issues where if there is a lot of noise going on in my immediate area and someone is trying to speak to me, I can't hear them unless they get my attention. The good thing about it is that I'm immune to 'Office Politics/Gossip' and everyone knows I will never be the source of rumors. The bad thing is that women flirt with me and I keep missing the signals......​
