I have about 9000 songs and a playlist for every year this decade. NO streaming site can make a better playlist than me$400 for 256 GB of storage for a media playeryou can buy 42" samsung 4k tv for that fukking price or some shyt
hd space is cheap.. that shyt should be $150 1 model (256 GB) and it would sell out quick.. apple wins because it adds a new SKU to their shelf that sells out constantly, gives them more foot traffic in their store to up sell other products/accessories... the public wins because it adds convenience as a lot of people dont want to jog or hike or exercise with their phone due to risk of breaking it / let their toddlers play games with it over wifi , etc
$400 is criminal and you'd have to be legit borderline retarded to pay $400 for 256 gb of storage of music when
1) streaming is $10 a month and basically unlimited space
2) you can buy many more items at that price point with way more value (laptop, tv, a whole fukking computer, etc.)
After taxes and if you buy a $30 silicone case for it so your little kid doesnt break a still some how expensive item, you are looking at $500
and it still doesnt solve the issue of size, where currently most phones/media players are too big to exercise/ run with... thats a big reason the original ipods / ipod nanos blew up

I will say I don’t know how comfortable I’d be running with it strapped to my arm since that’s what I mainly use my iPod touch for. I’d cop at this point just for the battery life. My iPod gets to red real quick if you keep the screen on

Some people like zoning out and listening to music without getting interrupted by 1000 texts and WhatsApp alerts.
Some people don’t feel like having to sync or move all their music from one leased phone to the next. I’ve never had to do that with my iPod touch til this one drops (then I gotta export)

This! They promoted streaming so much it probably hurt their itunes sales plus this would capitalize on the fact that new phone buyers always opt for the lower gig models bcaise its the cheapest. With all the hd pic and video taking plus apps their space is dead so apple went forward then backwards but this is still a fail.
My last iphone plus is basically my ipod and my X is 256 gig. Somebody bout to get fired when this flops
