He's right though. Zubac gives Jokic PROBLEMS...just look at last round or any time they've gone against other.

Zu is the only impactful "old school" 5 in the league. In the 80's and 90's Zu would've been one of many.
One, Jokic averaged a triple double against the Clippers and shot over 50%

Two, Mark Eaton gave Olajuwon problems. Who cares?

Three, mentioning someone like Zubac shows how strong the big man position is today and isn't something to beat up Jokic over. There are a lot of good big men in today's NBA and currently have a couple of MVPs HOFers who faced Jokic in their primes.

uncomfortable for whom?

if you dont think Jokic is top 10 you're a pure hater. Only Wilt is above him center wise
Kareem 6 rings, 6 MVPs, 2 FMVPs
Russell 11 rings and 5 MVPs (FMVPs wasn’t a thing when he played)
Shaq 4 rings, 1 MVP and 3 FMVPs
Hakeem 2 rings, 1 MVP, 2 FMVPs, 2 DPOY
Moses 1 rings, 3 MVPs, 1 FMVP (same as Jokic)

Every one of these centers (including Wilt) has an All Defense Team on their resume as well. Obviously Wilt, Russell and Kareem would have more if those awards were around at the beginning of their career. Jokic is an all time great offensive center, but one of the main goals of a center is to protect the paint, and he’s one of the worst at that category. He’s a center who’s never averaged a block per game in his career.

Gonna be difficult moving someone out of the top 10 when his career is over. Right now, in all honesty, Jokic is top 10 excluding nobody, but it's difficult to say that. A Center putting up triple doubles like he does is :mindblown: status. But Shaq, Wilt, Russell, Bird, Magic, Durant somebody got to drop to top 20 when it comes to Joker :manny:

Forgot about Kareem I’ll put him over Jokić as of now too.

I’m over Shaq..yea he was dominant & the hardest player to guard in NBA history but Jokić is dominant in a way that involves the whole team. If you’re starting a franchise from scratch would you pick prime Shaq or prime Jokic? Can’t go wrong with either

Can’t go wrong either way? In which NBA? Remember, Joker wouldn’t have been ALLOWED to play this way in the 90’s, the culture of the big man didn’t evolve then, the old school mindset of throwing the big in the post was alive and kicking. . We know what Shaq did back then, and imagining Shaq in today’s game, he’d be Wilt. I can’t imagine Joker playing a different way due to stubborn old head rules.

If he makes a title run with squad? And let's not talk about what happens if Steph makes a run :comeon:
Steph could make twenty more runs. We all SAW these guys play. I get your bias but we all saw Bron, Shaq, Kobe, Duncan, Giannis, KD, etc play just as we saw Curry and Jokic.

Not to mention only one of these two things happening is even possible.

Bryant Reeves had a similar playstyle to Joker & even gave Shaq problems. Joker is the ultimate God version of Reeves. Joker would absolutely cook the same way in the 90s as he is now.

Far as I’m concerned, MJ, Bron, & Jokic are the 3 greatest players to touch a basketball.

I get it about Jokic’s defense, but this man is so transcendent on offense it’s insane. I legitimately think he could drag 4 other competent starting rookies on his team to the playoffs regardless of seed.

He's better than Shaq. I do not think he's better than Olajuwon, Wilt, Kareem or D. Rob though. He better than Shaq and Ewing
